Room 5's Trip to Napier Boat Builders

Room Five recently visited Dickey Boats and Senator Boats in Napier and the students enjoyed learning how boats were made.

 They had a chance to sit in the pilot's seat of some very expensive boats such as a catamaran and have a go at activities such as pipe bending, which is part of the process in the boat construction.
